Just got off phone with a tech Support guy name mike.! I wished i knew his last name so he would get credit. THIS GUY IS FABULOUS. He was extremely helpful in helping us with the wiring up of my sons stereo! They Need more guys like this in every company especially with customer service !
This company purchases items made in China and sells it to “authorized dealers” nationwide. Specifically, do not buy any Phoenix Gold branded audio item. You WILL NOT be able to get any repairs or parts replacement since they don’t actually manufacture anything. Buyer BEWARE!!!
