If I could give -10 stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Have 2 brand new lifts and the so called warranty guy Perry is a complete joke. Refuse to help in any way. Have many emails and text messages to him and he won’t respond. Call him and he don’t want to talk. If your looking for a lift system for a trailer look somewhere else. Complete junk
