Recently, Stines High-Country Insulation completed work at my home in Banner Elk. Michael promptly came out to meet with me and inspect my home. He developed strategies to address a unique insulation need for an area of my home. I was so pleased with the quality of work and outcome- Michael is now working on a second project to replace all of the insulation under my crawl, including a new vapor barrier. Michael and his team at Stines High Country Insulation are Rock Stars. From the initial quote to job completion was less than a week. The team was very professional, courteous and tidy. During the work, they discovered other problems in my attic and worked to help me get those corrected while replacing my old batt insulation with a higher R Factor insulation.
