Went to Stines to have a Craftsman 3/4 Ratchet with a full lifetime warranty replaced none of the employees couldn’t help me call a manager over and she wouldn’t replace the ratchet. Took the ratchet to Lowe’s in Shreveport went to customer counter place tool on desk lady asked what she could do for me I told her about the ratchet she came back with a new ratchet and ask will this would do. This took 10 minutes to complete the transaction. So to get the full lifetime warranty you have to go to Lowe’s to get it

I was very grateful that they were one of the few places in town that had seeds for planting. However, I will say the customer service is deplorable. There were 3 cashiers working and not one acknowledged that they were even available or open until after I had to yell across the counter to ask. Everyone was just looking off into the sky or would stare at me in the face but say nothing.
