I placed an online order and was immediately notified that the washer was not in stock. Chuck did an excellent job of notifying me and working with me to identify items that were in stock. Chuck and Ben provided excellent service on me getting a new washer and dryer. The service delivery was expedited and excellent. This was my first appliance purchase with Stine and it was so much better than any previous experiences. I highly recommend Stine and the staff there are great to work with.
These guys are pretty overpriced on the inventory you are so have to usually hunt down help in there also.
