Stimulus is the real deal. Serious weightlifters who know what they're doing, great equipment, and a vibe that pushes you to bring your best. I have never seen a gym with this many variations on machines, for example there must be 10 different machines just for working on your chest. What surprised me most is how welcoming it is — there are a bunch of super-strong men and women here, but a 63-year old guy who can probably only bench press 120 pounds is made to feel at home here. Five stars, no hesitation.
In reno for work and glad I found stimulus gym. Definitely curated by people who are serious about strength. All th equipment, machines and plates you could want. Prices are decent too. This is the gym you want
Stimulus has the feel of a place where people are actually there to work out and achieve some real goals. Walking into the place was cool very different from commercial gyms. Everyone has respect and there is so much diversity!!

This is the only 24 hour gym in Reno fully equipped with every piece of equipment you could think of! From old school bodybuilding to state of the art, there is something for every single person.
