Edit- Ha, great reply to this review. As I've personally requested a hand washed scoop due to allergies, and have watched the teens go between ice cream buckets without washing the scoop. It's not allergy free if there's cross contact. Maybe train your staff better and have a better system in place instead of being rude to customers online. They have a gluten free ice cream cone, but if you have celiac I wouldn't trust it .
