Stillwell Spa is so relaxing, quiet, and all the amenities that come with it are perfect! From the beginning — the reception is great they walk you through the whole thing and are super nice. That made the experience really great! The private grotto session was awesome, it was a bit more on the cold side but we didn’t mind it during our scheduled reservation. Bringing our team for a day of relaxation was exactly what we needed after an incredibly busy first half of the year. From the soft towels and plush robes to the serene poolside ambiance and stunning views, everything was perfect! The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. This is me second time here all within 3 weeks apart! Thats how much I loved it!!! The massages were so relaxing, the views, the grotto. Everything here is perfect and I’m planning my next trip up here. It’s approx $260 with a 50 min massage included! But so worth it!
I wish I could leave zero stars. I am so upset with this spa and the hotel it’s associated with. My husband booked a Mother’s Day weekend getaway for me and two friends. A disaster across the board. The grotto is just a private hot tub, they can’t refill water after closing time, which is 6pm, and our massages ended at 5:50. There was no amenities in the locker room at the end of the day, we dried off with rugs, had no conditioner, and no one told us, upon booking or arriving, that the spa was closing after our services. Great place. Hotel massages obviously aren’t cheap, but wow Charlotte was incredible. Totally worth it. Grotto was cool too.
