The staff told us on the phone before booking and on the day-of at checkin that there were no workout/yoga classes only for us to learn from the yoga teacher that there were two yoga classes with availability and that she wasn’t sure why the front desk didn’t know that. I got a massage here as a birthday present. While the massage was nice, the front desk check in experience soured the entire experience. I booked my massage online and couldn't figure out how to use my gift card, so I had to put in my credit card. When I came in for my appointment, I asked if I could have the gift card used for payment instead of my credit card. The front desk told me that was not possible, and that they could not do that. My husband and I wanted a quick getaway from the city, so we decided to treat ourselves to a couples massage. We spent the day at the spa enjoying the jacuzzi and taking in the beautiful mountain views. One of our favorite parts was exploring the tea selection and creating blends that felt just right for us.
