I got a massage here as a birthday present. While the massage was nice, the front desk check in experience soured the entire experience. I booked my massage online and couldn't figure out how to use my gift card, so I had to put in my credit card. When I came in for my appointment, I asked if I could have the gift card used for payment instead of my credit card. The front desk told me that was not possible, and that they could not do that. My husband and I wanted a quick getaway from the city, so we decided to treat ourselves to a couples massage. We spent the day at the spa enjoying the jacuzzi and taking in the beautiful mountain views. One of our favorite parts was exploring the tea selection and creating blends that felt just right for us. I had a mixed experience here. While the massage itself was very good, the overall service and lack of transparency seriously took away from the experience. We were told at the front desk that they would schedule our grotto time for us, but that never happened. When we followed up later, they could only fit us in at the very end of the day and showed no apology or acknowledgment for the mistake.
