Great place. Hotel massages obviously aren’t cheap, but wow Charlotte was incredible. Totally worth it. Grotto was cool too.
Absolutely loved this spa. Immaculately clean, outstanding service, serene atmosphere, beautiful views of the mountains on the background. Thank you!- you guys made my trip to Utah a little extra special.

So while the tourist spot is Snowbird and the cliff spa, this Gem in Alta is the Best SPA experience I had! I treated myself for my birthday to this place and the manager here made sure I got in right away. The staff is very nice and friendly. The facility is really clean, the pool and hot tub were well maintained. The grotto was lovely. The steam room wasn't working but the sauna was and that was nice.
