Krystle was absolutely amazing from the first time my kids and I walked in. Then throughout the leasing process she and her team communicated and followed up in a personable way. Not in your typical bothersome sale’s way. They were professional, polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. We feel welcomed at the community. Highly recommended not only because of the property itself but the AMAZING staff.
Since moving in, it’s been very peaceful. The staff is so sweet & kind. They are very helpful with your needs. It does feel like home here already. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a clean community until I moved here.
Kody is an OUTSTANDING employee and person at the Stillwell Jerome Community! Kody works hard, very dependable, trustworthy, kind and maintains all the buildings very well! Kody follows through on everything and provides exceptional service to our community! Thank you Kody!
The maintenance team especially Aaron is amazing. I really appreciate his diligence and his kindness! They are very professional and communicate effectively.
TAKE EXCESSIVE PHOTOS OF THE LAWN. The current leasing manager billed us $1,800 for fully sodding the back yard. Long story, but that’s an absolute robbery of a charge AND the lawn didn’t grow grass when we moved in…she’s a slick one, and she loves to show indifference when people are frustrated with her games. Shes one of those “intellects” wink wink. Also, in regards to the entire property: Flooding in many units. Unresponsive residential services. Ineffective residential services.
