I had a wonderful experience living here. The property is beautiful, well maintained the grass could be a little better. They are also very dog friendly, which was a huge plus for me! The community always felt safe and welcoming. The property manager was amazing always kind, understanding, and professional. Even when I had to break my lease due to personal reasons, she made the process as seamless and stress free as possible. Overall, it’s an okay place to live. For how much you pay though, I expected more. The landscaping is a mess, and I mean a mess. They continually say they have ‘plans’ in place to improve it, but these are lies. They have done nothing, and are still doing nothing. The fall is when you start to plan for spring, for better grass growth. I 100% guarantee nothing is done. It’s been a pretty big disappointment. Also, don’t plan on them addressing issues that you put on your ‘punch out list’ when you move in.
They have done nothing, and I mean nothing to improve the landscaping of the community. For the price that you pay, it’s a joke. For the last year, they have said that they are working on it. Not a single thing has been done, not one single thing. Empty promises, on an over paid ‘rental’
Let me start by saying I’ve lived in Stillwell Jerome for almost a year and I’ve loved living here, however, the communication has definitely taken a decline. I’m not sure if there is new property management but a few days ago my car was given a notice that it will be towed for “expired registration” but it was not actually expired, I hadn’t received my sticker in the mail but it was still good.
