I want to say that our experience here was truly lacking. The communication from the leasing agents was disappointing. We could never get them on the phone so we had to try to catch them in person, often finding the office empty. When we did finally connect with them, they never had a direct answer for us. We would have to follow up as weeks would go by and still no answer. They also didn’t talk to eachother, making it difficult as we would have to start the same conversation over again. I've really enjoyed living here. I am so happy with the decision to live in an apartment that doesn't share walls with others. I love that I can come home to silence, and basically have my own house without a mortgage. The maintenance team has always been fast and super helpful. The office is super nice and fun with the events they put on. The amenities are excellent and so so clean and well kept. I have literally no complaints!

EDIT: While Stillwell is beautiful, the values and morals of the company as a whole are abhorrent. There has been management change that does not make the property feel welcoming. The utilities are insanely high, ($600-$750 in the winter months), poor construction that lead to frozen and burst water pipes during the winter, and sewage issues across much of the property due to poor plumbing, with no end in sight. We moved in during the middle of a heat wave and the AC ran out of Freon, but even though it was Sunday maintenance came and brought us a portable AC for our bedroom so we wouldn’t have to sleep in unbearable heat until they could fix. This experience Made it really set in how much they care about making sure that you are comfortable.
