I have a trailer with one of their parts on it and I had a small hydraulic tank crack. I called them and spoke to Lori and she was friendly and right on it. She shipped one out to me at no cost
There is always good and bad for every company out there... stillwelll is just bad and terrible. The level of disrespect and prejudice I experienced in just 2 days working here was blatant and outright uncalled for. I was told I did not fit the culture, and I am glad I did not because I was being underpaid for my skillset. There are better paying welder jobs out there, and this is not one of them.
