Have been servicing my car here for the last 8 years. I give them 5 star for servicing and honest work. But of late an irritant has been the surcharge they take on card payments- it amounts to around $4 for a payment of around $500. I think it is cheap for the management to be passing that on to clients- they should be negotiating properly with their bankers and getting this free.
My post-sale experience with Hyundai Nailsworth & Stillwell has been very disappointing. On the day I purchased my car, I witnessed behavior from the on-site manager that I found aggressive and unprofessional. He came out of his office to berate his staff over an open key locker, then disappeared without even the basic courtesy of acknowledging my purchase or shaking my hand.
