Very positive experience with all in the Sales team. No BS and no pushy sales tactics, all very nice people and professional.
The only reason I’m assigning 1 star is because I can’t register this review if I left it empty. Their customer service leaves a LOT to be desired!! I ‘phoned them yesterday morning and explained that my car (LT Ford Focus) needed a replacement globe in its left headlight. Obviously I can’t drive it with a broken headlight globe. Well, not legally anyway! The person I spoke with said she would see if they had any in stock or whether they would need to order one in. She said she would call back with the information.
