Poor Poor Service NOBODY should have to BEG a propfessional for help. The office staff is the worst. No one in the office EVER returns voice messages left on the phone. Then when finally able to make an appointment, the staff calls the same day to cancel that appt and states they need to call back to re-schedule. This call back was never made and was never re-scheduled even after the 3rd voice message and finally connecting with Jodi via the wensite. REALLY??
