Be forewarned, this place is bad news. Overworked staffed, false advertising of what is provided, bait and switch on pricing on top of neglectful care by not providing the level of care specified in our loved ones care plan, illegal practices, prior investigations due to improper background checks. It seems as if the prior review of this adult family home is completely untrue. They must've posted on the wrong place. From current visits to Still Water Cottages in Spokane Valley the place is wonderful! The owners are fantastic and have to deal with all the families who have a loved one there. As we obviously visit often, we catch up with other families visiting. Father's Day BBQ was fabulous! Our family has experienced previous adult homes that had actual issues.
