Steam room and showers, hot pool were lovely. Everything was clean. I was really disappointed with the massage. For $165, I would expect better. Very mediocre massage at best.
I was sooo needing and looking forward to a spa day with my sister. I have mixed reviews: Jennifer gave me a great massage and my sister said her facial was very nice. The facilities were super clean and kept up! The disappointment: we expected that we could use the hotel pool prior to our treatments. I have NEVER been to a hotel spa where this wasn't included. We were there on a Thursday morning - like really, we can't use the pool! We were told by the front staff that the pool is for guests! WTF!! Who am I? So we ended up ... read more
Facilities are super clean and ambience is excellent. I had the Citrus Renew & Restore Massage with Liz and she is a godsend. Highly recommend her!! My skin is soft and moisturized, and the massage loosened all my knots. Honestly wanted to take a nap because it was so relaxing. Would definitely come back!
