Negative Stars They have called me and canceled 6 appointments. I have called and called, no one answers the telephone, and they don't return calls. This is so unprofessional! I have no clue what is going on with them. This is a terrible way to treat your patients. Apparently, you don't care about your patients or need any money.
I was a patient at Stillwater Primary care after CHPC shut down. I don't even know where to begin as it was nothing but issues. At my first appointment with Joseph, a guy named Michael walked into the room to treat me. As a woman, I was very confused. When I discussed my GI issues as well as severe fatigue and muscle weakness, he told me it didn't warrant a referral. They were great for the last couple of years, but something really bad must have happened as of November 2023 - all the PCPs all left, and I guess they haven't rehired anyone to take their places. They have had a scheduler reschedule me every month since November, and now I have an appointment for April, but I am not holding my breath for that, considering what has happened before.
