I had a very disappointing experience with this company. We had a plan for implant and crown. Toward the end, they changed the plan and couldn’t go through the original plan. I sought second opinion with specialist who needed to re-do the work performed resulting in financial loss emotional distress, etc.
Above and beyond dental office! After some issues with a previous dentist, I finally made the switch to Stillwater Modern. I'm sorry I didn't check them out sooner than planned! From front desk/financial to the assistants and Dr. Koehler herself, 11/10 service. Glad I decided to get a second opinion here and that they have realistic payment plans. Great office and staff! Everyone is knowledgeable, personable and respectful. Dr Koehler explains everything, is patient with all my questions, and is just great! Finally found the dentist I’ve been looking for!
The entire team here was amazing! Joni was great and entertained my littles while I sat in the chair. Cant say enough good things about this place. Def recommend
