Modern Dentistry is the best dental clinic I've ever experienced. Dr. Koehler is wonderful, caring, friendly, and warm. Tne clinical staff are exceptional in all respects. The office manager is a joy to work with, always so helpful with questions or concerns. Their front desk staff are always professional, courteous, and have excellent customer service skills.
I’ve recently needed care in three successive visits. Although I was initially apprehensive, the entire staff did a great job in helping me through it all. From the first steps at the front desk, to the final check out, everyone was fantastic. An additional shout out goes to Joni for being very gracious in regards to all my questions. Thanks to All!
Be sure to review your estimate, EOB and billing receipts carefully. I had a surprise $525 out of pocket "upgrade" charge that I will ultimately have to live with.
From the moment I stepped in the door, I knew I was in good hands. Their upfront conversation about insurance coverage and pricing was so helpful to have before any work was done so I knew how much I was going to pay for out of pocket before I had to make any decisions. Every single person that I interacted with was welcoming and made me feel like I was their only patient. I am so glad I moved to Stillwater Modern Dentistry!
