since Friday I'm trying to get hold of someone from the lakeville clinic. I called 15times today which is Monday n still cant get to anyone. so frustrating
I want to know how you can get in touch with the clinic so a provider can send a med refill. I have called on 4 different occasions over the past few business days znd been on hold for 20+ minutes each time before I hang up. This is a poor way to do business.
Went in for EGD, everything went so fast, I was in and out. I did have a few questions in which I felt like there wasnt time to even ask about to the physician due to him talking over me and cutting me off. My first time really experiencing that. But that may be how things are done at Maple Grove versus Methodist or ASC 3900.
