I had a great experience, i was relaxed by Sally who seemed very professional. She asked about areas of concern and focused on the shoulders and low back. Her polite demeanor and focus was exactly what i was looking for after a long hard day at the office. She was appreciative and appeared to like what she was doing. The room was quiet and very relaxing. I’m definitely going to see some of the other massage therapists as I believe this is an indication of quality and caring. Thanks Ivy!
Very lazy
I had to cancel my appointment and walk out as Your therapist made me uncomfortable when she demanded right to pay when I was about ready to take all my clothes. I was fine with me to pay first right at the front desk not when you are ready to jump into the massage table. Then she demanded a $20 tip because she said that's her salary. She said her boss doesn't pay her so the tip is her salary. Are you running a human trafficking business? Besides, the place is so disgustingly dirty!
I went there today for massage the lady who was going to massage me I told her i need only 30 mnts of massage she said ok but you need to pay first 40$ for 30 mnts massage she asked me how much tip I want to give her then she can charge me together I said 5$ she said no for 30 mnts massage I take 10$ tip then I said ok.
