I appreciate the service Stillwater gave my father during his last days! Gave him the dignity and compassion he deserved!! At first I questioned the bereavement support because I hadn’t heard from anyone for 2 weeks after my dad passed but since then I take that judgement back! Nancy has reached out and has gone above and beyond to help our family!! I appreciate her so so much! Thanks Stillwater! I will refer you to everyone I know!!
Stillwater hospice was wonderful to my dad during his transition. They were attentive and caring to all of his needs treating him with the dignity he deserved! It’s now been 2 weeks since my dad passed away. I have not heard from them AT ALL! They have not offered ANY bereavement support that I thought they would. Since dad passed away, I feel forgotten. I’m disappointed in that. But the care my dad received was great!
Stillwater Hospice helped us navigate a very difficult time. My dad went downhill fast, and so having someone to talk to about his ever-changing conditions/symptoms was very helpful. While we did our best to care for him at home, having nurses and CNAs come in through the week and knowing we could call/text with concerns/questions made it easier. I had collaborated with Stillwater Hospice to care for residents at my place of employment so when my mother was in need of services, there was no question about who to call. The staff are caring and mindful of all aspects of this journey for the client and family. I feel they cared for me just as much as my mother. Questions were answered timely, sometimes before we even asked them. I would recommend no other team to care for families needing hospice services.
I had Stillwater Hospice for both my mom and then later that year my sister. The compassion and care we received was outstanding!! The best experience ever!!
