If I could give zero stars, I would. My family’s experience with this hospice has been deeply disappointing and added unnecessary stress during one of the hardest moments of our lives. We were referred to this agency by my dad’s oncologist. The nurse who came on the first day promised that needed equipment and supplies could be delivered same day or next day. Everyone has been so kind, supportive, caring, and has promptly returned calls. They answer questions in a non-judgmental way. And they have been very prompt with getting supplies to us.
