Stillwater Glass installed our new glass shower door and window pane about five years ago. Since then, we had our lower door hinge rust out on us leaving a black residue in our newly tiled shower basin and marble slab for the step. I explained the situation to Marcus, the owner and he ordered a new hinge and swapped it out free of charge. Talk about standing behind your product and services.
