Nice people, but before you get locked in, before Phase 2, they must show you three builders in your area who would be willing to take on the project, and you must be comfortable working with them. SD did a poor job vetting the builder they recommended to us: our project is over a year late after breaking ground and significantly over budget due in part to materials that were lost/damaged/stolen. Several builders in my area did not want to bid for the project, because they make less money than a for a project they frame them... read more
