They denied a patient due to misinformation and were extremely rude. per the OMMA guidelines, if two physicians disagree on a certain method of usage they will be prohibited from purchasing it. however, if there are no restrictions on the card or account, they can sell all products. please learn the guidelines and think before getting aggressive with customers, minor patients at that.
don’t go here , a literal joke 😭😭 yesterday they told me i couldn’t buy flower or smokeables with my minor med card as if i haven’t had my card for almost a year and bought so many different varieties of smokeables with no problem. my guardian and i had asked if that was changed within the last two days and they went on to say that “they’ve had problems with it YEARS ago” well that just makes no sense. it’s fine if your store is uneducated but it’s a completely other thing to be disrespectful to me and my guardian about it... read more
