They do not even deserve one star! Emergency removed my grandfather from this hell hole this morning. Almost like a prison break! He called from his personal cell begging for help because he was slouched in a wheel chair unable to sit up because he has no strength. Just had surgery on abdomen and was yelling in pain. They ignored him. So we went to help him. They claimed he was non weight barring and could not sit on toilet (they just did not want to help put him on the toilet) but had him sitting in a wheel chair for hours.... read more
We sent my mother there as a last chance place to get her strength up. I got a call each morning. They said she had fallen. I asked that they take measures to make sure it didn't happen again. I was told they couldn't restrain her. I asked that they would watch her to make sure it didn't happen again. I was told they would have to contact the administrator. This place is terrible. They are supposed to a "skilled nursing" facility but that would require people to be attentive. They don't send anyone here if you truly care about them.
