We sent my mother there as a last chance place to get her strength up. I got a call each morning. They said she had fallen. I asked that they take measures to make sure it didn't happen again. I was told they couldn't restrain her. I asked that they would watch her to make sure it didn't happen again. I was told they would have to contact the administrator. This place is terrible. They are supposed to a "skilled nursing" facility but that would require people to be attentive. They don't send anyone here if you truly care about them.
This place is awful. The staff is unbelievable they are rude and don’t care about your loved ones in their care. They are understaffed and it shows.
