Sliced open my finger and needed stitches, was just passing through but the folks at the clinic were amazing. I had to wait a while but everyone else there had appointments so I'm not mad about it. Once I was back in the room everything went quick, the nurses and doc were friendly and efficient. Clean, beautiful facility
Absolutely miserable place to be treated. I've had numerous timely and useless visits here, but one recently really sticks out. I was pregnant and experiencing some serious bleeding and really painful cramping, and as I've already had a few miscarriages, I was concerned. I went in to be seen and I sat in the room for about 2 hours with no answer and no testing being done. Medical staff don't listen to patient, and don't look at medical records before diagnosing. Er staff very slow, not prepared to take on patients. incapable of starting safe and comfortable iv. Made me sit 2 hrs before giving pain relief making it a solid 4 hours of agonizing pain before treatment. Er staff put bio hazard material (items covered in my blood) in trash, not bio hazard container/bin. Er room did not appear clean or stocked with necessary items.
