I want emphasize how impressed I was the first time Dr Bell saw me. The next time I came to the clinic, requested him. The third time I made sure that he became my primary. April 7th I had over six hours of back surgery. The follow ups I had Dr Bell I realized the intent commitment and intelligence of his work. After I was turned away at Saint Vincent walk in I ended up at the Emergency department the staff at Billings clinic Columbus is by far the best I have ever seen. Dr. Bell is one of the most amazing doctors I have seen he took such great care of my daughter she was transferred to the ICU where he rode in the ambulance 50 miles to Saint Vincent. Shout out to nurse Dawn thank you.

My partner had an appointment here for a general medical evaluation and seen by one of the NP's. Blood was drawn and no calls or follow up with the patient, at all, so after a couple of weeks, we called to get the results. We were then told medication was needed, and the medication has the potential of high risk side effects. Not one call from the NP or anyone at the clinic as to how the patient is doing, if blood work should be done again to evaluate blood results, just no follow up, no monitoring, just nothing.
