If I could give this place a zero, I would. Seriously, DON'T consider this place. My building was the one set on fire last week (July 1, 2021) by a man management should have kicked out months ago... and who, based on his criminal record, should never have passed a background. Management has also been wholly unhelpful. They screen their calls, refuse to answer questions, and generally treat you like you're the biggest inconvenience. Maintenance is on par and on time management was extremely friendly the food trucks are a big bonus and a plus on Tuesdays on top of the other benefits they offer
Sooooo grosss!!!! People do not clean up after dogs just let there dogs poop on side walk maintenance doesn’t come when help is needed and people don’t put dogs on leashes !!!! Cops are in the complex a loooootttttt!!! This place is disgusting!

We’ve lived here for 7 years now. It’s had it’s ups and downs but we’ve always been able to call Stillwater home. We’re close to stores and schools, plus it’s a bonus that it’s pet friendly.
