The best thing I ever did for my own self-care was scheduling reoccurring massages with Cara. The atmosphere is perfect and tranquil. I really look forward to my sessions. Cara relieves my tension, and I drift off into total relaxation away from my chaotic life. She always makes sure to address any specific needs. She applies just the right amount of pressure and works out any spots in need. She's great!!
Paul was very good at discovering my problems and working with me and my limitations to give me relief. I am a work in progress and feel sure he can help me get to a good place with my pain.
