When appointments are only given to your autistic son, and then you are charged for the appointments you weren't aware of. This was after explaining the situation twice to Mr. Redmond that we weren't aware of the appointments. No acknowledgement of actions. We have had many therapists over the years for our kids, and have never experienced anything like this. Disappointing.
