Im trying to schedule a ct scan and I get transfered to the Valley MRI office in Stockton. I was on hold 17 minutes the first time and hung up and told the operator they had me on hold for 17 minutes could she help. She said she would call herself and let them know I was on hold forca long time. Same thing 2nd time, placed on hold for 16 min so I called again and the operator said she would call the manager and re connect me. Guess what? Again no one answered.
