Unquestionably this is the best Pet Hotel in the Killeen - Harker Heights. Our pets are treated as Family; not, as guests. There has been more than one time when I've called to check on our Cockers and the younger Cocker has been playing in the office with the Staff.
We use their grooming services and have been very pleased; frankly if there was such a thing as "Doggie Day Out" - this is it. Our dogs love getting a bath and grooming and price is worth the happiness that we see in our dogs (not to mention they smell great).
They offer a Daily Doggie Park and other services for families where both mom and dad work but need a place to watch their dogs -- this is it.
Simply Put: None Better. Stillhouse Luxury Pet Hotel is our dogs "Home away from home."

I normally don't write reviews.Many times people use review sites to vent their frustration.But I have to say I'm very satisfied with the staff and professionalism they have shown.(regular customer)

Buddy loves it!! I like that he can go outside anytime he wants. When I go on vacation, I have peace of mind that Buddy is well taken care of.

I recomend Stillhouse to EVERYONE who asks for a good boarding place for their pet. I took my little Pek-a-poo, Grace, to the doggy day care for the first year of her life. She became very socialized and would come home happy but tired from all her playing. I also spent my first weekend away from her with her weekend stay at Stillhouse. It was almost like she wanted to show me around when I went to pick her up because she kept running towards the door for the giant playroom. I felt at ease leaving her with Stillhouse than I would have if I left her with some of my friends. I knew they would give her the attention she loved and needed all weekend.
I continued to use their doggy daycare and boarding because I know how attentive the staff is and love how roomy it is for my dog. I also love that there are NO CAGES. I never saw a dog that looked lonely, abandoned or stressed. I also got my puppies first hair cuts and nail trims there and they were so good I almost cried. I cnnot recommend this facility for boarding, grooming and doggy day care enough.

This is not just another kennel. I have used others in town - this one is far and away better. Clean, clean, clean. It has a quiet and calming atmosphere. Very homelike. It's located in the country, but not too far out, well worth the drive. The only negative (if you call it that) is that they are small.... sometimes I cannot get in because they are full.

This place was a breath of fresh air! I was so pleased to find a place in this area that had such wonderful and welcoming accomodations for my three dogs! I was able to board them all together in one room without worrying that they would be too cramped. They got to have free access to a private yard for easy-out potty breaks and were able to make new friends with the resident dogs that were there. I didn't have to worry that my dogs would be left needing anything. The staff was thorough in making sure that they had all the proper information to meet the needs of my fur babies. I was also happy to know that they don't refuse to board unaltered pets, just to know ahead of time so appropriate play arrangements could be made.
There were only a few negatives. It's still a work in progress, as they are still adding on a grooming studio and an indoor play facility. It was a bit far out of the way, but I didn't mind that my dogs were out in the fresh country air. They were a bit pricier than local boarders in town, but I found that the peace of mind and the quality environment were worth the few extra dollars. I will most definatly board here again.
