It is no secret that I suffer from PTSD from my service in Afghanistan. Therapy at Stillar has helped me tremendously. I can, without reservation recommend Stillar and particularly Sian Roberts. They are incredible. Remember you don't have to suffer with poor mental health, there is excellent help available. It has done wonders for me and my quality of life.
