We stayed here years ago and loved it, so we booked again. The carpet was GROSS-needs replaced. Stained up and very worn. Main issue--walls must be paper thin bc we heard the guests above us, (sounded like stomping literally all night) and could hear conversations on either side. We did call after the first night because the above guest kept us up, and they offered to move us, but we didn't want to have to pack up and move to another spot, not knowing if we would still have that issue. Just ok stay.
Rented handicapped room . Showed up checked in asked about handicapped room told it was, it was not. There was not one thing in the room that helped me at all on top of that there were stairs ,great to crawl up and down . Then once in room later that night long after everything is closed we noticed there was just a couple squares of toilet paper in the room at all had to wait till morning to get toilet paper. Think I will spend my money somewhere else next time.
This is our go-to stay for my family. Check-in was a breeze. Only problem in the room was a broken tub faucet handle and phone in room didn't work. Maintenance came quickly to fix the faucet. We will continue to stay at this resort.
Love Stillwaters! The scenic drive to and from our room is relaxing, service is great, and the concierge was so helpful at getting discount tickets!
