I just had my regular cleaning and they did x-rays. The oral hygienist had done my cleansings before asked if I had any pain or issues before starting. I told her that I'd like the pain gel for my upper inside teeth because the nerves are really sensitive. No worries. She took her time and explained everything as she went along. Dr. Downing came in and checked everything and did a 2nd x-ray of my implant. Just checking to make sure it's seated properly. Very professional in every way.

Cindy answered and was rude and cut me off everytime i tried to say anything!!! I was a new patient trying to call to make appointment since last Thursday because i had heard good things from locals but am so glad Cindy answered so i got first hand how i was going to be treated here! I will not ever make an appointment with this office! You’re support staff will make or break you no matter how good of a dentist you are!!!! Do better Cindy!!!!!
The service provided by the Dentist and the Hygienists were top notch. Very professional and kind. The front desk needs to learn a few things about communication when questions are asked on charges. I had asked several times since the scheduling of my cleaning what to expect for cost. Consistently told $102 for cleaning. Bill today for my cleaning was $232.
