They were rude and unproffesional. Can't even handle a driveway!
Had a septic emergency during this awful rain. Called Stillwater and couldn't believe the price gouge for service. He said since this is an emergency service, it would cost $950 for him to come out. Now, I am good with paying a premium for emergency service but over 3 times the going rate is crazy. To say the least, I was not happy and decided to wait until tomorrow when it will cost me about $250 for the same service from a different company. Very disappointed. SUCH CROOKS
Price inflator alert! Contacted this company and advised it would cost $850 just to come pump the tank out on Saturday afternoon. Guess I will be making an appointment with a different company on Monday.
