Had gutters installed on a new house, but one section rusted through after only two years. Company has refused to even call me back despite multiple attempts to contact them by telephone and email. My contractor even reached out to them on my behalf, but still no response. I can’t recommend their service or their product.

Jess of Still Water Raingutter Co has installed gutters on 2 large homes for me. I choose Jess because he provides the specific gutter style I like. However, his communication has been very poor. He does not respond to text, email, or phone calls. You never know when he will show up. This last job I paid in full with maybe 5% to 10% of the work incomplete. Would not return emails, text message or phone calls. Gave a verbal quote for repairs. I asked for a written bid for insurance purposes, never received it. I’m told their quality of work is great just can not get him to communicate.
