So glad to hear they’re closing. Place was a joke. I’m pretty sure they took way more money from me than they should have. Maybe they closed because of insurance fraud? Who knows. It was also IMPOSSIBLE to have a prescription called in. I recommend harmony!
I am honestly not surprised they have closed. I had a horrible experience there. It was not uncommon to wait up to 2hrs for a pre-scheduled appointment. Once I was told that a patient with a later appt time was put ahead of me, and without an apology (taking an extra hour and half). This was the norm not the exception. Most 1hr "appts" took in the range of 2-3 hours. I won't enumerate it here, but my satisfaction with the direct care, was much less than stellar. Glad to see they’re closing. What a scam
I will miss this place. I will miss how empowered I felt every time I left my appointment. Patients tend to forget the people who help us have problems in their own lives. It's not their job to fix our issues, it's their job to help guide us to address our own demons and find our own solutions. We can only heal ourselves, not the other way around.
