This place is amazing for us 50+ folks that need support getting back into fitness! They know how to work with folks that have various limitations from injuries or long-term inactivity, which is why I went to them in the first place. SGI is the perfect place for older adults to discover a workout that best suits their needs. The trainers are professional, knowledgeable, and provide the right amount of push and encouragement.
