They were insensitive and harassing. Was calling around to find a place for a loved one. They got in contact with them and proceeded to make insensitive and frankly just wrong comments to a person seeking help. They were told thank you but we found another place closer to home. And were asked not to contact anymore. For the next4-5 days they called and texted from multiple numbers harassing my loved one and telling them that the place they chose was wrong for them and a bad facility.
