They were insensitive and harassing. Was calling around to find a place for a loved one. They got in contact with them and proceeded to make insensitive and frankly just wrong comments to a person seeking help. They were told thank you but we found another place closer to home. And were asked not to contact anymore. My time at Still was very nice. Everyone was super helpful. The staff is great and always ready to help. It’s a pretty calm environment which is great for recovery. The therapists were so insightful.

Overall, my experience went great. i got lucky and had an amazing group of peers, whom i connected with. The staff really cares about you and it shows. However a lot of the problems are out of their hands and handled by the mysterious corporate without much explanation. At any facility there will be issues, so many personalities in one place going through the toughest times in their life. However, i would still recommend Still Detox to any and all struggling. Very pleased with my experience here. Unfortunately my journey in sobriety hasn’t been a one and done so I have other places to compare. Staff was amazing and followed through with everything they said they’d do or I asked. The techs interacted with patients and treated us kindly. Met with a doctor everyday who actually listened to my concerns. Nurses were great with suggestions on ways to cope with aches and pains. Clinical staff was very understanding and easy to open up to. Don't be ridiculous. Nothing they do means anything when they extend your stay day by day and prescribe me Valium to keep me calm since I wasn't even buzzed when I came I urinate clean as a whistle so your supposed to release me like you said after 7 days of you collecting fraudulent detox claims my way of "paying the piper" so I can try to come home to my home state, which is not my home after all. Your loss, FL. BLAME THEM.
