So unprofessional to take an appointment, I leave work early to drive all the way across town, mind you I expressed to her I was new to the city, only to call while I’m on the way, don’t get an answer, pull up and the salon is ghost town. I’m so pissed bsd as I need my hair done, and finally trust someone else to do it to be let down. People wonder why certain businesses don’t get support!!!!!
I did not get my hair done here but the stylist on the phone was so nice and so friendly that if I was ever back in town I would definitely give this place a try.
I love my stylist and the atmosphere is very welcoming all the ladies are nice and i love my new hairstyle Thank you Karla 😇
