I rented one of these apartments for 2 1/2 years. The apartment was in excellent shape and well constructed. The landlord was VERY responsive if there were any issues. I would highly recommend this company if you are in need of an apartment.
Apartment in substandard condition. He told us it would be in great condition when we moved in. That was far from the truth. Sinks that are damaged and don’t come clean. Faucets barely working. Torn stained floor covering. Doesn’t paint when needed. Poorly insulated. Would never rent from again.
