Terrible service. Won’t call back won’t help wi issues. Tried to cancel order before sent and Trina sent it anyway. Had the tracking info to prove it but can’t get any help. Very dishonest company. Trina Saxton is not honest and not dependable. DVD doesn’t even work that came with body vibration. I will tell everyone as much as I can. m&E would not help either at all.
Very friendly
I love the quality of the tiles and how quickly they arrived. HOWEVER, make sure you put in everything perfectly when ordering bc if you mess up and need to speak with a representative, you’re out of luck. They don’t have a tangible phone number so I used their contact form and I also emailed them seconds after my order went through. I STILL haven’t heard back from them. So just be prepared to get what you get. Overall happy.
