We appreciate the service in the purchase of a new HVAC system. Stiles was very helpful and worked hard to help us with a new furnace when our old one died in the middle of snow and very cold outside temperatures

Stiles was kind enough to send someone to get my gas fireplace started due to the impending second winter storm scheduled to hit NC. I called him on a Thursday afternoon and he had someone at my house at 9:00 the next morning. Being a senior living alone with 5 dogs, 1 cat, and 5 diamond doves, I was very worried about my pets if I lose my electricity and heat source.
