Techs fail to bring their own tools. Failed to trench house when stated that they would/did. Spoke to original tech. He admitted it was not done, because the ground was too hard. Owner would not return calls, I keep getting putoff and delayed by their phone people. By definition a trench is 6 inches by 6 inches coming from stem wall.
