Terrible customer service, rude, and sarcastic remarks made. Sad to see in such a beautiful setting of Monbulk. Head down to the Ferntree gully store for a much more pleasant time and overall better customer service.
Good service snd not over priced
I have bought a lot of equipment here over the last 20 years but I won't be back. The last few times I have been in there I don't even get an answer to my hello and when I asked the owner how he was, I got nothing so I asked again and got another. It's called being polite. I had to wait nearly 20 minutes for service the second to last time I was there while he chatted to another customer about anything but what he was selling and then took a phone call.
