Nice to see the store under new ownership- Dropped my chain saw in for a service and the new mechanic has done a brilliant job on it - Runs like brand new . I have shopped there for the last 16years and it was time for Adam to move on and let Stu take the store to the helpful friendly environment that a STIHL shop should be. Would recommend anyone to give the local store a shot
Absolute legends ! Went to get a tube for the ride on - one of the staff noticed I had a flat tyre and proceeded to first try and pump it up, quickly realised it was leaking as fast as it was being inflated and so he decided to change tyres and put on the spare. Now that is way above and beyond expected customer service. Incredible staff - worth their weight in gold.
The new management here is excellent! The customer service is very personal and friendly. They have a great range of stock which is very well presented and easy to navigate. Would easily go back even for just a yarn with the staff!
First time customer for a mower service. I was impressed by the level of assistance, time required to carry out the repairs and the explanation of the work done. I will definitely be back.
