Left my machine there for service. Went back to pick it up and they could not find it. Lost my $350 worth machine. Not recommend to go there
Went in there today because stihl dealers service bunnings mower warranty I was spoken over in an aggressive and abusive tone who did not even allow me to tell him what was wrong after telling him that the staff member at bunnings told me that this store serviced the mower I have. He in a loud voice told me that bunnings are lyers and he would not help me. I left feeling sick in my stomach and very anxious. Don't shop there he isn't really customer friendly.
Purchased some stihl products. Went back in today prices went up from what she told me last time on various things , I asked for spark plug for my product and she got a plug that didn't match what was in my manual, She bluntly told me that it was a stihl plug. Pass, I will start using my local Stihl guy.
Came in for a sthil blower accessories..Very helpful staff and well priced..
