I had gone in to buy a rather expensive and large chain saw. The lovely lady explained it was the wrong choice due to weight and reliability and talked me into a lighter cheaper more reliable unit. Even assembled it for free.
I went to take my chainsaw guy there sold me a chain for then I went to cut some branches chain came off he told me it's my fault I don't tension the chain i always check my tools before using them make sure everything working well his extremely arrogant won't let me explain anything just screaming at me i like it's all my fault trying to say that i didnt put bar oil i know i always do and said he don't need me his got plenty customers to do repairs this guy does not care for customers service and fixing tools the right way ... read more

Left my machine there for service. Went back to pick it up and they could not find it. Lost my $350 worth machine. Not recommend to go there
