They’re overpriced by at least 15% compared to the other stores, and the lady was very rude when I asked for a 2% discount she kicked me out of the store bcz I showed her that it’s cheaper at other STHIL shops.
Very good garden equipment at this place and the customer service is awesome. Very friendly & knowledgeable when it comes to the tools they sell.
Don’t go to this guy. Quick story about how I’ve been treated. I just bought a brand new Stihl whipper snipper from this shop. After the very first use I started feeling some weird vibrations at certain rpms resonating from the engine all the way to my hands, I thought it was because it’s a brand new product and it was still undergoing the run-in process but the vibration was still there so I compared it to an other exact one (I own 4 of these machines) and then bought it back to the shop two days after just to be safe since... read more
I went there to ask for a small $4 part for my chainsaw, but the man immediately said, “I’m a mechanic, I can fix it for you for $180,” instead of just helping me with the part I needed. The lady at the front didn’t seem to know much, and overall they only seemed to care about money, not helping customers.
