Mark from the service department is an absolute life saver! He went all out to repair my small engine - even though it’s not a Stihl, and treated it like it was his own. I couldn’t have done it myself, and it was too small a job for a traditional mechanic. The whole team were professional, timely, and personable, keeping me updated every step of the way. Awesome people who genuinely care about their work. Highly recommend for any small motor repair!
Why do things happen when a weekend is looming. Friday morning I'm ringing around trying to find someone who could look at my generator that day. After talking to Simon at Stihl Napier, with no promises, he said they would try to have a look at it for me. I dropped the generator off asking for a general service while they had it. I'm pretty sure I was served by one of the technicians from out the back of the shop.he knew a lot about all the products we talked about…. he was super helpful. I had a couple of problems that I needed sort out which he cleared up quickly, but also I got the right product that I needed based on his advice and questions that he asked based around my needs….. so couldn't have done it without him. Every time I go into the store the service is great. They are very knowledgeable on the products I am about to buy and give you a complete run done on the equipment and all the do's and don'ts. Love my Stihl gear."
