Why do things happen when a weekend is looming. Friday morning I'm ringing around trying to find someone who could look at my generator that day. After talking to Simon at Stihl Napier, with no promises, he said they would try to have a look at it for me. I dropped the generator off asking for a general service while they had it. Pleasantly surprised when 3.30pm I received a text saying I could collect it. They went out of their way to get it going, plus added an external battery to ease the electric start for me. I'm pretty sure I was served by one of the technicians from out the back of the shop.he knew a lot about all the products we talked about…. he was super helpful. I had a couple of problems that I needed sort out which he cleared up quickly, but also I got the right product that I needed based on his advice and questions that he asked based around my needs….. so couldn't have done it without him. Every time I go into the store the service is great. They are very knowledgeable on the products I am about to buy and give you a complete run done on the equipment and all the do's and don'ts. Love my Stihl gear."
