I went in there 5 minutes before closing, have been looking all over for a lawn mower, there were none in stock and I am not waiting around for 5-10 working days. We walked in with 5 minutes to spare, saw exactly what we wanted and was out of there in 10mins. Now that is what I call service. Informative, friendly and fast, couldn't fault them for anything.
Been going to Lakeland chainsaws since Paul owned it ,don't know Chrissy as well but the other day my battery weed eater stopped working, they replaced motor under warranty, I'll keep shopping there,very helpful
The customer service was great.
Popped in today and received genuine good advice, wasn't just selling to what I had budgeted for gave me proper direction instead of just making a quick Sale. Was friendly prompt service and answering all my questions some of which would of been super basic I'd recommend anyone.
Great service after sorting my price issue with my stihl sh56 blower bag accessories big up two ladies that sorted it out will definitely be back
