Bought 3 ride on mowers less than 12 months ago. After 6 months the rubber clips keeping the catcher in place have deteriorated. I have been chasing these up for the past 3 months and constantly given reasons of delay stemming from change of contract to being busy and forgetting to follow up. The service pre purchase was great, post purchase has been terrible.

Terrible customer service. I was served by Chauvinist Tom. The only help I had asked for, was to point me in the direction of the chainsaw chains. He points to the top corner and I start walking over. He hurries to get in front of me so that I'm following him. Over his shoulder, he goes "So you got sent to pick up the chain hu?" I asked him what he meant and he said "Your husband sent you to pick up a chain?" I scoff and keep walking. I look through the chains and pick up mine.
