Terrible customer service. I was served by Chauvinist Tom. The only help I had asked for, was to point me in the direction of the chainsaw chains. He points to the top corner and I start walking over. He hurries to get in front of me so that I'm following him. Over his shoulder, he goes "So you got sent to pick up the chain hu?" I asked him what he meant and he said "Your husband sent you to pick up a chain?" I scoff and keep walking. I look through the chains and pick up mine. Friendly efficent staff, not sure how I feel about my brush cutter if failed but they will fix it, just a little concerned by the way the man said it had an impact.
Amazing customer service with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Incredible range of products, all the best quality and at surprisingly low prices! I bought a ride on mower that they delivered to Woodstock the very next day ..Christmas eve! I was so impressed with its performance and price I returned 10 days later to buy a petrol blower and edge trimmer, thoroughly recommended!
