Knowledge & friendly staff. Happy to talk to female customers. Some hardware stores are not.
I took my electric chainsaw in as the chain was blunt and had come off the chain holder. They advised me the chain teeth were beyond sharpening and so I took their advice and got a new chain which they fitted on the spot for me. Very happy with the price ($39) and the job being done on the spot. The new blade cuts like a knife thru butter. So happy. Have used them for a Motor Mower service and very happy with that as well.
