When purchasing a new chainsaw chain, I asked for my previous chain to be shortened as it had plenty of life. The attendant then happily stated it was illegal for them to shorten chains. THIS WAS A STRAIGHT FACED LIE which I discovered when I checked online. If they so easily and eagerly lie about this, I would not use them with any service issues as trust is essential to ensure you are not getting ripped off. Handle with care.

Popped into the store in Frankston today (at 1.45pm) today to be greeting by super happy, friendly and efficient staff. Eagerly answering my queries and offering advice, even though I bought nothing (yet). A lot of the other stores in VIC 3199 need a lesson in customer care from these five-star legends. Hopefully, it's a free bar for the staff of 'Stihl Shop, Frankston', at Christmas, they deserve it. BT (Irish)
